How do I create a workspace?

Create an owner account with an email address and password, then name your workspace. The name is optional: it defaults to your account name, then “My workspace.” A new workspace opens with an empty compliance dashboard. If signup does not leave you with a session, complete email verification if prompted, sign in, and continue setup.

Who can see a workspace?

The app creates one workspace per owner account. Its workspace and compliance-item routes scope workspace data and items to that owner account. This describes application behavior and does not make a broader claim about storage access or data retention.

What can I track?

You can track licenses, insurance certificates, bonds, and continuing education. Each item has an editable due date. Tracking an item does not determine which requirements apply to a contractor.

What do due-date statuses mean?

A past saved date is labeled “Overdue.” Dates from today through 30 days ahead are “Due soon,” and later dates are “Upcoming.” These labels use UTC date-only boundaries and describe the saved date, not a legal status determination.

Documents attach to an active compliance item. PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, TXT, and CSV files are supported up to 3 MiB each. The item view lists saved documents and provides their stored links.

How do reminder emails work?

The reminder job selects non-archived items due from today through 30 days ahead and sends email to the workspace owner’s account address. There is no active reminder schedule configured, so automatic delivery and timing are not promised.

What is a proof packet?

You can download a PDF for one active item. It exports the saved item type, due date, date status, timestamps, and attached document names, types, upload times, and stored URLs. It is an export of saved information, not official proof or a compliance approval.

What does a renewal draft do?

A renewal draft is created from your account, workspace, and selected item details. You can edit the workspace and contact details, item type, due date, and notes. It remains a DRAFT; it is not submitted to an agency and does not renew anything automatically.

No. The app records owner-entered tracking details and creates exports and drafts. It is not legal advice or a verification service, and it does not guarantee compliance or renewal outcomes.
